Order and Shipping Confirmation
You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed. It includes your order number and the shipping method. Please make sure your shipping address is correct since we cannot redirect a shipment after it leaves our warehouse. Orders that include in stock Voyager chairs usually ship within 1 to 2 business days. Once shipped, delivery within Canada typically takes 3 to 6 business days. We ship with Canada Post and FedEx within Canada. When your order is ready to ship, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking that you can follow on the carrier website.

Pre orders
If your order includes a pre order item, we will ship it as soon as new inventory arrives at our Canadian warehouse. For any pre order questions, email support@parkitmovement.ca

Where We Ship
We currently ship to all Canadian provinces and territories. Canada Post can deliver to PO Boxes. 

Transit Time
Typical transit time within Canada is 3 to 6 business days after the shipment departs our facility. Remote or northern regions may require additional time.

How Much Does Shipping Cost
Shipping costs vary based on how many Voyager chairs are in the order and the delivery address. Accessory shipping uses a flat rate. If you need delivery to a very remote area or special service, contact support@parkitmovement.ca so we can align your order with the correct shipping cost.

RETURN AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Changes and Cancellations
Orders placed on parkitmovement.ca can be changed or canceled up until the product ships. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be changed.

Return Window
Items can be returned up to 30 days after the recorded shipment date.

Return Shipping Costs
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will refund the full postage cost. In all other cases, customers are responsible for return shipping fees. For exchanges such as a different color, customers are responsible for the return shipping fees and the outgoing shipping fees for the exchanged unit or units.

How To Start a Return or Exchange
Email support@parkitmovement.ca with your name, the product or products you want to return or exchange, your order number, and the reason for the request. Our team will reply with next steps. After we receive the item or items, we will inspect them and notify you by email within a reasonable time. If the return is approved, we will refund the purchase price to your original method of payment. Shipping and handling charges and Shipping Protection services are not refundable. Credit for gift returns will be issued to the original purchaser.

Condition of Returned Items
Returns are accepted only if the product is unused and in new condition with all components of the original packaging present. If these criteria are not met, the return can be voided.
